Abacela View Part 2 Watercolor Painting Demo
Welcome to Part 2 of the June 2010 Lesson on Create38!
This month’s painting is a landscape of a vineyard scene. I’ve called the painting Abacela View. In the painting I use a limited palette and I’ve broken the process into manageable steps for you. In addition to the painting, I’m focusing on how to paint an underlying wash. I hope you enjoy this lesson! You can find the supply list and instructions in the workbook.
Hello Vinita – what can I say? Another beautiful painting and another wonderful lesson. You make it all look so easy! Thanks for sharing your amazing talent and techniques – you’re a true inspiration.

Hello Vinita,
I am a very new fan of Your paintings. I did not find any site like Yours in France.
Your lessons are explained with clearness, so I can understand.
Sorry for my english and thanks for all.
Thierry from France
Thanks Thierry! I’m glad you found my website. Your english is fine…much better than my french would be!
Thank you so much for these inspiring demonstrations. You teach with real clarity, and it is so nice to see a painting truly done from start to finish without leaving out large edited sections. Love your work.
Thanks Clayton! I have no secrets…well no painting secrets anyway.
Beautiful work!!
